Imagine your Body as a Circuit Board...

Have you wondered how Reiki works?

I had a customer today who shared with me how she explains how Reiki works.

It's really very simple.
Think of your body as circuit board. When everything is connected properly energy flows through and just keeps on going.
When not connected properly or turned off, the energy cannot flow through.

Here in my family we have never been better.
All happy and healthy.
My thyroid has returned to normal and I am off all medications Yay!

Ella my youngest daughter is starting to eat pureed food which is very exciting, the first time in 7 years, it's very exciting!

Middle of June Already!

Hi Everyone

Hope you are all doing well with Winter upon us.
All the coughs, colds and winter flu's are here. So many people I know have been sick already.

Over the last few weeks I have been taking myself on and going to the gym and trying to eat right. It's definitely still work in progress but I am enjoying it and I know the benefits will come. I have way more energy which is great for all my clients, way more powerful.
