It's really very simple.
Think of your body as circuit board. When everything is connected properly energy flows through and just keeps on going.
When not connected properly or turned off, the energy cannot flow through.

This is the energy that Reiki works with.
The trapped energy in your body causing you pain, distress and sickness.
Reiki pushes through this energy, releasing it to have the energy free-flowing once again.
When energy in your body is free-flowing you feel energetic and free of pain and disharmony.
