Are you Winning? Or are you Procrastinating?

I love the above quote, it showed up just as I was thinking about writing a blog about Procrastinating.

As you are reading this post what are you putting off doing? Can you hear that little voice in your head saying I am not putting off anything. Yet deep inside of you there is something you are trying to avoid doing that is making you feel guilty, allowing your day to run you!

How does it make you feel when you procrastinate?
Do you feel sluggish, frustrated, depressed, tired, bored and there will be many more signs?

How would you rather feel?
Happy, Free, bounce in your step, ready to take on the world, lots of energy and vitality?

You choose! Freedom or Frustration? Happy or Bored? Energy and Vitality or Sluggish and Depressed?

Start right now.
Take out a pen and paper and write down what you are procrastinating on and start ticking them off your list.
Tick one thing off your list today and I promise you will feel a shift in your energy.
Imagine if you tick off more than thing off your list.....

Isn't it always funny though, the things we Procrastinate for days, months, even years on causing our bodies stress and illness only take a short amount of time to do compared to what we thought it would and then it made us feel soooo good doing it.
